Payment Policies
Payment is due on date of service based upon your benefits and estimated insurance reimbursement. We accept cash, money orders, cashier's checks and all major credit cards. Personal checks are not accepted. Accounts over 120 days may be subject to collections proceedings if necessary.
If you need to make payment arrangements, please contact us to discuss. As we are a for-profit facility, we do not offer charity care.
